Bebang Halo-Halo
Fifty stores, three head offices, and two commissary kitchens across the Philippines. A nationwide rollout run against mall-handover deadlines that do not move.

Every engagement runs on the same four-step rhythm: written down, shared with the client, and signed off phase by phase. The same person shows up at every one.

Discovery
We visit before we draw. The first deliverable on any project is a site report: climate, neighbours, the way light moves through at three in the afternoon. These decide more than the floor plan.

Design & costing
Schematic design, full drawings, material samples mocked up at site. We confirm scope against budget before mobilization, so the build phase carries no surprises.

Build
Weekly site meetings. Monthly cost-to-complete reviews. Pao signs every material change order. Brand-standard inspections coordinated where they apply.

Handover
MEP commissioning, life-safety sign-off, punch-list resolution, as-built drawings. We stay through closeout, and through the warranty year.

Focus Built is led by Pao Sunga, a builder who has spent more than a decade running sites in and around Manila. Pao founded the firm in 2019 after eight years with two mid-size Philippine contractors.
The studio is deliberately small. We take on a handful of significant projects each year so the founder can sign the change orders, walk the building before the client does, and call the inspector back himself.
